Sithy Privacy Policy – We Keep Your Info as Safe as Your Best Guesses

Hey, Sithy players! We’re stoked you’re here to play, and we take keeping your info private super seriously. This policy breaks down what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it locked up tighter than a tricky word puzzle. No jargon, just the deets you need to know.

What Info Do We Collect?

We’re not here to hoard your life story – just the basics to make Sithy work (and work well).

How Do We Use Your Info?

We’re all about using your data to level up your Sithy experience – not sell it to the highest bidder. Here’s the breakdown:

Who Gets to See Your Info?

Short answer: Almost no one. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties – period.

How Do We Protect Your Data?

Your info’s safer with us than a winning word in your head. We use encryption (fancy code-speak for “scrambling data so only we can read it”) for things like your password and email. We also update our security tools regularly to fend off hackers – think of it as a digital shield around your data.

That said, no internet service is 100% unhackable. If something fishy happens, we’ll let you know ASAP, explain what’s up, and fix it faster than you can guess a three-letter word.

Your Rights – You’re in Control

You own your data, and you get to call the shots:

Kids & Privacy

Sithy’s for players 13 and up. If we find out someone under 13 is using the game, we’ll delete their data right away. Parents, if you think your kid’s playing, shoot us an email – we’ll help sort it out.

Changes to This Policy

We might tweak this policy now and then – maybe to add new features or follow new laws. If we do, we’ll post the updated version here and let you know (probably via in-game message or email). It’s worth checking back now and then – just like revisiting a tough puzzle to crack it.

Got Questions?

We’re here to help! If you’re confused about anything, or just want to chat privacy, drop us a line at Gamesithyfun@outlook.com. We’ll get back to you faster than the AI can make its next move.

Thanks for trusting us with your info – now go crush those word associations!
